Privacy policy in accordance to art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196, 30/06/2003, acknowledge the Recommendation n. 2/2001, adopted on 17/05/2001 by the European Authorities.

In accordance to art. 13 of said Legislative Decree, we inform you that Tuvia Group s.r.l. (hereinafter “Tuvia Group”) will process the personal data that will be provided by the user during the registration process, i.e. in the relationship that will be established from time to time between the user of the website and Tuvia Group, in accordance to applicable law and as described below.

  1. Purpose.

The data will be held for the following purposes:

a) the formalities required for user registration to the site www.tuviagroup.com, use of its services, initiatives published on the site, the provision of any additional services or activities related to the site;

b) fulfillment of legal obligations, including any provision of the competent authorities;

c) storage of historical data, processed for statistical and market analysis;

d) to send communications and other related material to Tuvia Group such as current news, as well as commercial, promotional advertising.

The data handling can consist in collecting, processing, recording and storage of user personal information and will be done either manually or by means of computer and / or automated instruments.

Personal data may be communicated by Tuvia Group to the following categories of subjects for the above purposes: e.g. third parties appointed to perform or process data related to the service provided, in whole or in part, which Tuvia Group has signed trade agreements with.

User data may be transferred abroad in accordance with art. 43 and 44 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003.

The provision of data by the user is optional. Any refusal to provide data above or allowing it only for the purposes of paragraph 1, letter. a) makes it impossible for Tuvia Group to provide related services. Anyway, the refusal to provide data will allow Tuvia Group to complete the registration process, but will make it impossible to use the data for the purposes of paragraph 1, letter. c) or d).

  1. Rights.

As an interested party, the user has the rights in accordance to art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, to obtain from the owner confirmation of the existence of their personal data. The owner must provide the user its data in an intelligible form. The user has also the right to know the identity of the owner and individuals to whom the data may be disclosed, as well as get it updated, integrated or deleted. The user has the tight to transform its data into anonymous form or to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data.
